In larger cities there may be a sufi mosque. A person could ostensibly go to both a regular mosque & their sufi place. Depending what school the Sufi group is part of, there may be some additional customs that wouldn't occur at mosque. Some Sufis do zikr with music, dancing, &/or mix men & women, etc.
